Animal Party

“Positive interactions with an animal, even brief ones, are shown to reduce anxiety and negative mood in kids and adults alike,” according to Emily Heinis of the children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota.  Stars and Stripes will offer all children, regardless of physical, mental or emotional ability, the opportunity to experience the joy of being with a variety of livestock.  This free event promises to bring smiles, as youth are able to work with one or all of the specially selected animals in a quiet tent.  Every participant will receive a rosette and metal.  The event will be held at Stars and Stripes Ag Fair from 1:00 to 3:00.  Our Animal Party is the only event of its kind in all of America.  Thank you New Jersey Farm Bureau and Monmouth County Board of Agriculture for making it possible.
